SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We ship all orders using as little packaging as possible. We only use compostable materials and completely avoid plastic. All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Berlin using DHL go green. We currently ship to Germany and other EU countries. The following prices apply:

Germany: 4,90 Euro

Europe: 9,90 Euro

In case you’re located outside of the EU, please contact us directly. 

Returns

You have the right to return your order within fourteen days after receiving the delivery. After we receive your return, we will refund the product price and initial shipping costs. We can not provide the costs for return shipping.

In case you receive a defective product, please contact us.

We can only issue refunds using the same method of payment used for the initial purchase.

How to place a return

  1. Send an E-mail to hello@sulka.studio with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps.
  2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn and unwashed. Feel free to re-use our packaging for your return.
  3. As returns have to be paid by the customer, drop off the package at a shipping service of your choice.
  4. Once we’ve received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style, please return your unwanted item as described above and place a new order.

SUSTAINABILITY & SHIPPING

For environmental reasons, please choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary shipments. Check the size charts on the according product pages and find out how to take your measurements in our size guide.
